Seriously, it's harder than it looks, and no one is paying you to go to the gym, or compensating you for the rapidly developing sense of FOMO in your mind.

, however, the "New on the Shelf" section, for its tasters, curious and loyal consumers, has set off again, determined and mission-oriented.
And this time - a white winter pizza, from the legends.

A rather innocent fantasy, it seems, led the Papa John's chain to match the words "winter edition" with the association of snow and off-white colors, all the way to a collection of pizzas designed to warm the cold season.
I mean, cool.
That is, rain once a fortnight, which everyone labels under "storm" so that we feel good about ourselves.
And yet, the calendar nevertheless foreshadows some kind of winter, and because the intentions are good, and the same fantasy is completely in place, all that remains is to get carried away with the dream of warming coats and ice skating rinks in the open air, and check how well these new pizzas do their job.
Spoiler: they do, they totally do.

Papa John's white pizza/Amir Menachem
This is a quartet of white pizzas, which builds itself on the basis of garlic sauce instead of the classic tomato sauce.
From there, she offers "Balkanit" (garlic sauce, dried tomato spread, two Italian cheeses, feta, green olives, purple onion and mozzarella), "Kalmata six cheeses" (garlic sauce, Kalamata olive tapenade, fresh tomatoes, artichokes, five Italian cheeses and mozzarella), "chicken pesto" (garlic sauce, chicken pieces, fresh mushrooms, white onion, mozzarella, pesto sauce) and "cheesy pesto" (garlic sauce, fresh mushrooms, white onion, mozzarella, pesto sauce).
Price: NIS 89.90 for a family size, NIS 99 for a family size and two cans or an accompanying dish to choose from, NIS 140 for two family sizes - one from the winter edition and one classic.
An excellent start.

Let's start with the basics.
Garlic sauce is an excellent starting point for everything that goes into the tabon, and also for many other things.
With pizzas, almost naturally, it is simply required, especially when they are made from the chain's excellent dough.
In the US, Papa John's garlic sauce is already *inside* the crust.
Here we are not yet at that stage, but this is a great start.
From there, they learned online not to riot with nonsense just for the sake of nonsense, and built four communicative and intelligent versions.
Kalamata six cheeses, even though it is difficult for the average person to identify and distinguish six, was excellent, salty of course, and with a sour kick from the artichoke.
The Balkanite, for its part, sprinkled in a bit more ingredients - including a cute touch of sun-dried tomatoes - and still kept a delicious guideline.
The main test was actually the chicken pizza, an ingredient that almost never manages to survive the slice due to its dry characteristics.
Here, it's broken down into small, almost spicy-sized chunks, and given that you adjust expectations and don't expect to find wings and shanks that have just come off a rotisserie, all you have to do is smile, and eliminate.
A little pesto, lots of cheese, mushrooms and onions, and you're all set.
I mean, not in winter, but in winter pizza.
