The tenders will close by the beginning of March.
Rami appeals to entrepreneurs To lead the planning and development of land in the capital city and to access proactive tenders that will result in a significant addition of land for the construction of condominiums under special conditions. The tenders in question are in different neighborhoods in the city: Morot Mashua, Rumma, Katmonim, Talpiot Makor Haim and Abu Tor.
The distribution of apartments will be as follows: 500 units 4 in the slopes of Mashoa, 400 units in Moshe Barzani, 328 units in Nahal Rumma, 120 units in Gonen II, 27 units in Mekor Haim, 8 units in Abu Tor.
