tighten the rules of unemployment insurance
” by France.
For MP Renaissance, who inspired the 2017 labor ordinances and the first reform of unemployment insurance in 2019, the duration of compensation for unemployed people over 55 must be brought to the same level as that of job seekers younger, that is to say 18 months instead of 27.

Exemptions from branch agreements
The Minister of the Economy Bruno Le Maire already defended the same idea last fall.
In compensation, the bonus proposed by Marc Ferracci would be all the higher the sooner the unemployed senior would find a job, since its amount would correspond to the accumulation of the rest of their rights, to be paid in two installments, when they take up their position and six months later.
The conditions of compensation for unemployed seniors are part of the negotiations on the employment of seniors initiated in December and which will continue until March, the outcome of which will condition the approval of a new unemployment insurance agreement found in november.
To boost the labor market, Marc Ferracci would also like to increase the possibilities for companies to deviate from sector agreements.
