No sentence reduction: life imprisonment is definitive for Innocent Oseghale, accused of murder and sexual assault for the death of Pamela Mastropietro, the 18-year-old killed in Macerata on 30 January 2018. The judges of the Supreme Court decided this.
"It's what I've expected for six years. It's what I hoped for, my battle doesn't end here regarding any other responsibilities", said Alessandra Verni, made by Pamela after the sentence.
The woman appeared visibly moved.
