On a day like this, this is not the time for satire, certainly not for the satire of Eretz.
On such a sad day, it is more appropriate to decide not to broadcast a program that was written in advance, and which would once again prove how a deliberate ratings bomb can turn the sahite slogan "Together we will win" into the important strategy "Together we will win a certain ideological camp".

It is more appropriate on a day like this not to broadcast a program that hits only one camp.
Many from that camp are recruited and fighting.
Many others, of those who were not recruited, can no longer see the one-sidedness.
Those who do watch are just masochists.
This is certainly not the day to boil down an entire public that receives from the program the unprofitable deal "imitation in exchange for a bribe", where only elected officials from a certain side are guilty of the conspiracy, the destruction of the people at the Hague Tribunal, the damage to the economy and the fact that they still dare to participate in the political game.

In one of the last programs, just to demonstrate how it works, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Minister Benny Gantz entered the studio. By chance, it was decided that the former, as usual, would give an inciting and inclusive speech and take care of himself, and the latter, on the other hand, would be presented as the victim of the speech. Gantz's character had to demonstrate Escalation of nerves from Netanyahu's words - first to get angry, then to press a rubber ball of nerves, and finally to enter an ice bath to relax.
Bring in Gantz for the fact that his threats to resign from the government are weakening and divisive?
God forbid.
Throw him, isn't he part of the conspiracy that led to the disaster and should accept responsibility and retire?

Lucky that the episode that was supposed to be broadcast yesterday did not air.
It's also not today for some opening skit by Udi Kagan, who plays the average fighter who pays the price of the table arguments in the home front, from which we move on to the rest of the program and the supply of fuel to the Gaza Strip, which fuels those arguments the most.
When I think about it more - it is a brilliant decision by the show's editor, Molly Segev, not to air another episode that does not dare satirically touch on politicians who have suddenly disappeared, such as Lapid or Lieberman, who in times of war choose not to go under the stretcher.
It's not that there is any satirical direction here to pick up from the floor.
Well done.

And you know what?
Nothing will happen if, for the duration of one program, "Eretz" also does not remind Yair Lapid of the gas agreement he signed during his tenure as prime minister, while promising that the agreement would remove the possibility of a war with Hezbollah.
You don't have to take apart, take apart, take apart every plan.
The decision not to broadcast is also justified in order to avoid for one week the crazy dilemma that the writers are in, how to deal with the channel's talents such as Amnon Abramovich and Guy Peleg, or with the extreme left, which believes that there is no enemy beyond the fence.
