Silver for Italy at the Coupe d'Europe de la Pâtisserie: the Italian team arrived on the podium as second place, after France;
third, the United Kingdom.
The competition was held from 21 to 22 January, inside the Sirha Europain salon (Paris, 21 - 24 January 2024), a challenge that saw 7 European countries compete for the possibility of accessing the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie 2025 .
Team Italy, which qualified for the World Pastry Championships, is made up of Vincenzo Daloiso, Italian Senior Pastry Champion 2023 and Raimondo Esposito, silver at the Coupe d'Europe du Sucre 2023.
Supporting the team - according to a note - is the Club Italia Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, chaired by Alessandro Dalmasso.
"Vincenzo and Raimondo - comments Alessandro Dalmasso - managed to manage emotion and pressure with rigor and ability. We remember that the competition lasts 5 hours and 30 minutes, includes 16 tasting desserts and 2 artistic pieces, as well as a final buffet.
