A morning after the harsh headlines announcing the tragic death of 24 of our fighters in the Gaza Strip, Liraz Russo (Static) allowed himself today (Wednesday) to open his heart and tell his 625,000 followers on Instagram about the dramatic increase in his body weight that came as a result of the security situation since October 7 and in the same Nisa also announced his intention to make a change and asked for help.
"It's a difficult time, that's clear," said Russo at the beginning of his speech.
"There's no mood, the mind is wounded and there's also not too much to go or desire to go," he explained.
"It has many consequences, and it is very physical for me," he shared.
"I reached the highest weight I've ever been at and it's time to reset myself," he updated and shared his conclusion.
"At least a small personal victory over the situation," he added.

Just before he signed his status, Russo sought help from fitness trainers in the area of his city in the north and asked them to contact him so that he could start a new and healthier way and make a change in his habits.
"Coaches in Haifa? I need someone to walk with me. Talk to me," he wrote.
It was only at the end of last November that Russo told about his difficult feelings in view of the security situation.
"What can I tell you, an unimaginable time. Our country stopped. At first they broke our hearts, they instilled fear in us. Since then we have been filled with mourning for the murdered, watching the kidnapped and worrying about the soldiers. We all know someone from there. Someone who murders, someone who evacuates, someone who entered (Gaza) ). It's true that I get to be happy a lot and it's still not the same. I'm used to coming to an audience that wants to be happy, not to an audience that wants to forget. I see people close to me starting to find themselves at the beginning of an economic crisis."
Later he even updated the postponement of the release of his new album.
"I was supposed to release the album already. I wanted us to be happy together again. It will have to wait."
