WhatsApp is once again coming with a new function.
Messenger service users can look forward to a special transfer function.
That is how it goes.

The popular messenger service, which is used by a large number of people worldwide, is talking about a feature still in development that will allow channel owners to transfer both their administrative rights and their responsibilities to another administrator.

The procedure here is comparatively simple.
The current owner of one or more channels must first open the channel information area on WhatsApp.
Then the “Transfer Channel Ownership” option is selected.
Below the owner can select another admin from the list of his channel members.
The corresponding rights for the respective WhatsApp channel are then transferred to this.
It should also be noted that the “People Nearby” function is still under development.

Finally, it remains to be said: although there is no official release date for the new function yet, it is already eagerly awaited.
In one of the future updates for WhatsApp, the new function, i.e. “People Nearby”, will also be available to all users.
At least that's the popular assumption.
