Personally, I am proud to call Idan Amadi a friend.
I have always been proud of our friendship.
In this industry of the music world there are good people, but Idan for me is one of the "top five".
When I heard that he was injured in Gaza, I cried so much that I sat in the mall with my daughter, who did not understand why I was crying and where this burst of tears came from.
Idan Amadi is the face of the beautiful Israeli, the one who wants unity and calls for unity, the one who loves all shades of Israeli society, whoever goes to his concert will see how this is reflected in the audience.
His audience consists of the entire political and social spectrum, all shades of Israeliness, and beyond the fact that he is an excellent singer and musician, he is also a leader.
If he wasn't a singer he might have been a champion in the army, he has the character of a leading leader.
The things he says, his ability to connect and unite, his bravery and courage - it's really something else.

Today a friend called and told me I can't believe that he and I live in the same country, he is an extraordinary person, a huge soul, there are no such people.
All the love he gets is really love that has so many good reasons to exist.
Because he really represents the good.
When I think about it if I had a son I would want him to be like Idan Amadi.
He and all IDF soldiers in general are no less than angels to me. When they put on a uniform, they rise to a new dimension, they simply become angels, whose lives are bigger than theirs. I wish my brother Idan all the mental and physical health and that he will return to us, because with Israel needs him and people like him.
