Highlights: Simone Bolelli and Andrea Vavassori have qualified for the doubles final at the Australian Open. The two Italians defeated the pair formed by the two Germans Yannick Hanfmann and Dominik Koepfer with a score of 6-3 3-6 7-6(5) In the final they will face the Indian Rohan Bopanna and the Australian Matthew Ebden. It is the third Italian couple in history to play a Slam final: before them Nicola Pietrangeli and Orlando Sirola did it.

The two Italian tennis players have qualified for the doubles final at the Australian Open.
