"I believe it is important to ensure access to care for all social groups. It is a moral duty, even before a political one. Removing the obstacles that still prevent the full enjoyment of the right to health today is a duty of the institutions. The foundation Dignitas Curae' has demonstrated a strong commitment to these issues."
The President of the Chamber Lorenzo Fontana said this during the presentation of the "Dignitas Curae - Manifesto for the healthcare of the future" project.
The foundation "has promoted and supported projects for sustainable access to preventive diagnostics and for the development of medical-scientific research with which to improve the quality of life of patients and their families. I am convinced that, thanks to your contribution, that of doctors and healthcare workers working alongside the sick every day, a renewed dignity of care will be able to consolidate the alliance between doctor and patient", he concluded.
