The "frustration" among EU member states over Budapest's intransigent position on the revision of the community budget, which includes aid to Kiev but also funds for migration and support for businesses, "is growing" and many countries at this point are moving forward hypothesis of implementing the procedure of Article 7 of the Treaties, which may provide for the suspension of the voting rights of a Member State.
Qualified European sources assure this.
The discussions "continue" in view of the extraordinary Council of 1 February but Hungary's inflexibility is exasperating people.
