King Charles III, 75, underwent surgery in the last few hours at the London Clinic for a "benign" prostate condition, as announced last week by the British royal palace.
This was made known today by court sources cited by the BBC, assuring that the operation went well and that the conditions of the sovereign - who was hospitalized this morning - "are good".
Carlo, the same sources indicate, should also remain in the clinic at least "for one night", for reasons of caution.
