"Nicolas Maduro's regime has decided to end the Barbados agreement."
This was said by Venezuelan opposition leader María Corina Machado, commenting on the Supreme Court ruling which confirmed the ban on her from holding public and political positions for the next 15 years, and therefore from running for president in the next elections.
"Maduro and his criminal system have chosen the worst path: fraudulent elections. What doesn't end here - writes Machado on his X profile - is our fight to conquer democracy through free and fair elections".
