“It was Tuesday, November 21,” remembers the teacher, retiring next year after 37 years of career.
A few days earlier, Fatima, Maxime's mother, had warned her that her son had an appointment with a cardiologist for a "heart murmur" which was causing "electric shocks" in her boy's chest.
“We had three weeks to wait.
This is the shortest time we have found in the region to see a heart specialist,” recalls Fatima.
