Minister of Justice Nordio proposed to Ilaria Salis' father and to the lawyer, who met separately today also by the head of the Farnesina Antonio Tajani, the opportunity for the Hungarian defender to insist on the competent body for the modification of prison detention, an indispensable condition for activating the framework decision Uedel 2009 and therefore the possible execution of house arrest in Italy.
He further explained that the conformity of the compatriot's custodial treatment with international standards will also be ensured through the intervention of the prisoners' guarantor.
