The extraordinary meeting of the Football Federation on the modification of the Statute, called for next March 11th, has been postponed.
The president of the FIGC, Gabriele Gravina, has in fact accepted the request of the No. 1 of the Amateurs Giancarlo Abete.
"Taking into account the complexity of the process undertaken and to encourage sharing on this fundamental part of the strategic plan" Abete, reiterating his willingness to eliminate the so-called 'right of agreement', asked the federal President to postpone the Assembly already called for next March 11th" reads a note from the FIGC. "The other components also agreed on the same working methodology - continues the note -, while maintaining different positions in relation to the 'right of agreement'.
Gravina accepted the request, underlining that it must in any case be aimed at approving the document, without which the Assembly will have to take place".
