"In the press there is talk of 3.1 billion in debt. The negotiated composition is not of the group, but of one of its companies, i.e. the operating one. This debt that is being talked about is mostly intercompany, towards the parent company, for about a billion. Then there is about a billion in debt that we would have to pay if we were to buy the plants. In fact, the real debt of this company is a little less than 700 million of which only half is overdue. Only the 18% of these 3 billion is overdue debt."
