The United States should stop providing foreign aid unless it is structured as a loan.
Donald Trump supports this without explicitly referring to Ukraine or Israel, for which the Senate has just approved a 95 billion dollar package which is now reaching the House of Representatives, where it will most likely not be approved.
"We should never again give money without the hope of being repaid, or without strings attached. The United States should not be stupid anymore," the tycoon said.
