In six months, we saw him as a mistreated producer in “Le Livre des solutions”, by Michel Gondry, as a cuckolded husband in “Iris et les hommes”, by Caroline Vignal, and as an adventurous journalist, in “Vivants”, by 'Alix Delaporte, in theaters this Wednesday.
“These are difficult offers to refuse,” smiles the man who confides that he still has an “immense appetite for acting”, at 53 and after forty-seven films, four TV series and half a dozen plays.
In the very accurate and vibrant “Vivants”, by Alix Delaporte, the actor plays a reporter for a TV agency who flies to Bangui, in the Central African Republic, when an armed conflict breaks out.
A subject that intrigued him, he who is addicted to information and whose wife is a journalist for franceinfo.
“I have read paper newspapers every day since I was a teenager,” explains Vincent Elbaz.
I am interested in international politics, culture, current events, I love reporting shows... I share this passion with my wife.
