The agreement on the truce in Gaza between Israel and Hamas "is not conditional" on the release of the hostages.
This was stated by the Prime Minister of Qatar al Thani speaking in Munich.
"This is the dilemma in which we found ourselves and unfortunately many countries have made improper use of it" that is to say "that the ceasefire should be conditional on an agreement on the hostages", but "it should not be conditional", specified the prime minister of Qatar.
