This is what the Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance Maurizio Leo declared in a note, at the end of the Council meeting, which gave the preliminary approval to the decree on tax sanctions.
"With the ninth implementing decree of the fiscal delegation, we intervene on tax sanctions, both administrative and criminal", he explains: as regards administrative sanctions "they will be reduced from a fifth to a third, bringing them closer to European parameters and introducing a principle of greater proportionality".
