In the grip of a state of rage, an uncontainable rage, apparently due to the loss of his job, he broke some bottles of wine and spirits displayed in a duty free shop on Pier A of Fiumicino airport.
The woman, a flight hostess for the foreign airline Avion Express, was reported for damage and injury.
The events date back to Wednesday afternoon when the woman headed towards a display of bottles of wine and spirits throwing them to the ground.
When an employee tried to stop her, the woman reacted by hitting her with her cell phone.
Having intervened following a security report, border police officers blocked the woman and cordoned off the area.
The hostess was then reported and transferred to the emergency room.
