Ryanair tickets this summer could cost between 5-10% more due to Boeing's delayed deliveries of new planes.
This is what the group's managing director, Michael O'Leary, warns, according to which this "will reduce Ryanair's ability to offer seats on board".
The number one of the Irish group explained that the delivery of 57 Boeing 737 Max 8200s was expected in March but there will instead be between 40-45 for the summer.
Boeing has been having problems since an Alaska Airlines 737 MAX 9 was involved in an accident in which a door broke off shortly after takeoff.
The subsequent increase in controls on the aircraft by the US authorities slowed down production and delivery times.
