As part of the Leipzig Book Fair, the books of the Reading Compass 2024 will be presented by the initiators, the Reading Foundation and the Leipzig Book Fair.

This year the focus is on visually powerful titles that tell stories, particularly through illustrations and the combination of text and images.

An expert jury selected the best ten books from 300 submissions.

In addition, three children's and youth juries (from kindergarten, primary school and secondary school) were involved in the selection.

The three winners of the children's and youth juries will be announced on March 21st at the Leipzig Book Fair.
