The defendant dropped her on the ground, blocked her mouth with his hand and told her in English that he wanted to have sexual contact with her and ordered her to relax. While lying on the ground, the complainant tried to break free of the defendant's grip, hit him in the face and eye, bit her, scratch him and cry for help. The accused committed an indecent act and rape without her consent. The complainant cried for help as a bystander passed by and the defendant tried to keep him away, telling him in English: "This is my girl" and the man moved away. Later, the defendant let go of the complainant and she fled the scene and called for help at a nearby business.

After a few minutes, the complainant noticed the defendant down the street and approached him, in order to confront him. Instead of a bystander and the complainant shouted at him: "Save, he has a knife." The bystander called out to the accused and in response, the defendant let go of the complainant and fled the scene.

In the arrest request, Attorney Talia Kalmaru wrote: "Respondent's actions were performed with force and sexual restraint and sexual violence, against random women, who walked in and out of the streets of a city. All the acts indicate a pattern of repetitive action, in which the respondent locates his victims, follows them, and takes sexual and physical violence against them, without a hint of their pleas. "
