A college student in Toul (Meurthe-et-Moselle) was indicted over the weekend after posting videos of beheading on Snapchat, according to information from the Nancy prosecutor on Monday.

The minor was indicted on Saturday afternoon for broadcasting the recording of images relating to the commission of a willful attack on the integrity of the person,
" the public prosecutor told AFP. from Nancy, François Pérain, confirming information from L'Est Républicain.
The minor, aged 15 and educated at the Admiral Rigny College in Toul, was placed on preliminary supervision, and "
will therefore be followed by educators from the Judicial Youth Protection
", specifies Mr. Perain.
He was taken into custody last Friday after posting several videos of beheading on the Snapchat social network.
A listening unit, made up of the staff of a social worker, a school nurse and a mobile security team, was set up on Monday within the establishment, told AFP the Rectorate of the Academy of Nancy-Metz.
An intervention in partnership with the Toul police is also scheduled this Tuesday around the "
uses and risks of social networks
".
