On the occasion of Christmas and New Year's Eve, a Christmas exhibition was held in the hall of the Church of Our Lady of the Annunciation in the Mahatta neighborhood, which included handicrafts, candlesticks, masterpieces of candles, candlesticks, bells, Christmas tree decorations, accessories, food, children's toys, and others.
Nada Sabbagh, the organizer of the exhibition, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the exhibition aims to restore the joy of Christmas and the atmosphere of joy on the feast, and a message to the world that we are present on this land and adhere to it.
And Father Espyridon the rams of the Church of the Annunciation said that the atmosphere of the glorious Christmas renewed joy in the hearts of the Syrians and revived their hope for Syria's recovery from its wounds, wishing that peace and security would prevail and goodness would prevail throughout Syria.
Ms. Lynn Khabbaz, one of the participants in the exhibition, the Handicrafts Department, indicated that most of the products bear the meanings of Christmas and its requirements, pointing out that the exhibition has become an annual tradition that brings together loved ones and spreads the atmosphere of Eid and joy.
Heba Turkmani, Marie Bergoud and Muzain Al Aswad “Participations in the exhibition” indicated that the exhibition offers many products of distinguished quality at competitive prices, and receives visitors of different classes and spectra.
A number of visitors to the exhibition expressed their admiration for its contents, which satisfies all tastes.
It is noteworthy that the exhibition receives its visitors over a period of three days.
