For a long time now, labor relations within the country's most important bureau, the Prime Minister's Bureau, have been particularly murky.

"Israel Today" has now learned that three more facts are currently leaving their positions in the bureau.

The reason: bad atmosphere.

In fact, three months ago, two workers left the Prime Minister's Office, and in the next few days, three more women will leave their jobs.

According to the Prime Minister's Office, these are changes in personal circumstances, but officials familiar with what is happening in the bureau say that the reason for leaving is a difficult work environment that leads to quarrels, arguments, exchanges of accusations, a murky atmosphere and difficulties working together.

As you may recall, Yaakov Bardugo recently published in "Israel Today" about the upheavals in Bennett's office and also about the deterioration in relations with his close partner, Ayelet Shaked.

Bardugo reported on the strengthening of the position of Adviser Shimrit Meir in the Prime Minister's Office, and on her becoming the closest figure to Bennett.

Sources in the bureau said that she is actively involved in the bureau's work, and that its power is clear and arbitrary even with the professional staff - including the National Security Council, whose presidency largely conveys its recommendations to the prime minister, and serves as a mediator between them. Before they are distributed, which angers officials in the bureau.

Channel 12 also recently reported on the commotion in the Prime Minister's Office, according to Dafna Liel Meir's publication, she became the most powerful person in Bennett's office.

According to the report, there are exchanges of accusations about leaks between Bennett and Lapid's bureaus.

They added that inside the Prime Minister's Office stands Meir, and on the other side - all the members of the bureau: the chief of staff, the secretary of the government, the spokesman for the prime minister and the military secretary - some go with Bennett for years.

Another source in the bureau says that Meir, who started as a political adviser, has expanded her influence to other areas over time.

According to a source in the bureau, "almost everything in the bureau goes through it - from regular meetings on the corona, through political issues to media management. It deals with issues she has no experience with, and does so without sharing, and sometimes under criticism and belittling of others."
