Hongkong Post stated that the relevant postal staff worked behind the counter partitions, maintained an appropriate social distance with customers, had a normal body temperature during work, and wore masks during work.
After being informed of the above incident, Hongkong Post has arranged for all relevant postal staff to undergo virus testing and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected all facilities and mail items in the bureau in accordance with the guidelines of the Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health.
