"Not everyone bleeds" – Heidi Klum cancels GNTM decision walk because of desert wind

In GNTM episode eight, Heidi Klum's models go on a catwalk in the desert.

The sandy subsoil becomes a stumbling block with bloody results.

After all, it goes barefoot in front of the jury.

Los Angeles - "Germany's Next Top Model" (here all the news on the topic page) is known for the fact that the young models have to do the craziest shootings and catwalks.

This time it should go with high shoes on sandy ground - but the desert wind thwarted the plan.

"I bleed" - Heidi Klum's models fall on the decision catwalk

"Space Ufo Walk" is the name of the crazy catwalk on GNTM in episode eight.

With super high shoes and outfits including a heavy UFO hanging from his shoulders, it should be ahead of Heidi Klum and "The Blonds".

But the models had to struggle quite a bit on the sandy ground.

“I'm curious to see how the models walk on the gravel floor.

It really wasn't easy to walk on it," said the guest judges in advance.

However, the models all fall down again and again.

One after the other the girls twist their ankles, one of them even loses the UFO completely in the wind.

Vanessa hits it so hard that she comes back with bloody knees.

"I have a graze, I'm bleeding," she says.

Desert wind makes GNTM catwalk a stumbling block

Heidi Klum tries it anyway, says: "The shoes are tough today.

The wind, the shoes, it's tough today too, oh god." She then explains, "That storm really blew us away."

And further:

"It's generally windy here in the middle of the desert.

We actually didn't expect that it would end up being such a violent storm that we might have to cancel the decision."

Fortunately, the decision and the catwalk don't have to be completely broken off.

Instead, the models walk barefoot across the desert floor.

"It's so great with the wind.

So that nothing happens to them and that they really don't cut their knees and everyone bleeds, I think it's better they take off their shoes now so we can continue.

So I don't want more things to go wrong back there," says Heidi Klum.

"Do I have to do this to myself?": GNTM-Lieselotte wanted to get out because of Noëlla's "attacks".

In the same episode, best-ager model Lieselotte causes a stir.

In an interview, she says that she had already considered leaving the show because of opponent Noëlla.

Her attacks would just be too exhausting for her.
