Ingredients (for 8-4 servings):
4 small pitas cut in half or 2 regular pitas, cut into quarters
Brushed olive oil
For the stuffing:
200 grams of grated halloumi cheese
1 cup cream cheese 30% fat
1 finely chopped purple onion
2 cloves crushed garlic
3 tablespoons mixture of chopped herbs (parsley, coriander and mint)
A little shatta pepper or chopped chili
1 teaspoon Bhart
Salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation:
Mix the filling ingredients.
Fill the quarters or halves of the pitas with the stuffing.
Brush the pitas from the outside with olive oil and roast on the grill until browned.
