The suspect in the murder a month and a half ago - a relative of the murdered yesterday (Tuesday) in Lod.
The police allowed the publication of the fact that the Central Police Department solved the murder of a Lod resident, Arpafan Alvaouh, who was shot to death in his car, allegedly due to a dispute between families in the city at the end of last August.
The suspect is a relative of 30-year-old Sabry Musrati, who was shot to death yesterday in Lod.
The investigation began on August 26, with the receipt of a report at Moked 100 about a shooting around 1:00 PM in the center of Lod, when according to medical officials at the scene, the victim was located in his car - a 56-year-old resident of the city. As the investigation progressed, within three days, the Himar detectives arrested several suspects, residents of Lod, on suspicion of involvement in criminal activity related to the murder incident, including suspicion of tampering with and destruction of evidence, and in accordance with the needs of the investigation, the court acceded to the police's request and periodically extended the detention of the main suspect - a resident of Ramla About 30 years old for 47 days.
As mentioned, in accordance with the findings of the investigation and the evidence that reinforces the involvement of the main suspect in the planning of the murder, including surveillance of the victim at his place of residence and work starting from the early morning hours in the city and moving to the time of the incident on the day of the murder, the infrastructure was formed to file a prosecutor's statement against the suspect - Iman Mosrati.
