The facts took place at the Porte de Vincennes, we are told.
A vehicle, with three occupants inside, refused to obey the orders of the police around 7 p.m.
While fleeing, the driver hit another vehicle, prompting the police to use their firearm because of the potential danger to the motorist.

The driver was seriously injured in the incident.
He was the subject around 8 p.m. of a heart massage, we are told.
The other two passengers in the vehicle involved fled on foot.
