(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 13 - Italian education and upbringing represent a fundamental tool of cultural diplomacy and soft power to spread the knowledge of our country's heritage abroad, promote its language, its culture and its values.
This will be discussed tomorrow in an ANSA forum with Ambassador Pasquale Quito Terracciano, head of the Foreign Office's Directorate General for Public and Cultural Diplomacy.
The forum is held on the eve of the Days of Italian Training in the World, the first institutional appointment dedicated to the Italian Training System in the World, an opportunity to discuss and meet with all the players in the network, to design the state of the art and project towards future directions, as well as to celebrate and strengthen the System.
On 17 November, the final event of the Days will take place at the Farnesina, during which the results of the five working groups in which the various representatives and exponents of the network met, discussing selected topics with the aim of defining a vision document on the role of Italian education in the world from a future perspective.
