The detention of Muhammad Masarawa, the suspect in the murder of his wife and two children in Tayba, was extended today (Monday) by nine days.
His name has been released.

Baraa Masrava, 26 years old, and her two sons, aged 6 months and 2 years, were found last night lifeless and with signs of violence on their bodies in their home in Tayba.
The MDA teams that arrived at the scene found Baraa in the kitchen and her two children, Amir and Adam, stabbed in their beds. The police arrested the 30-year-old husband on suspicion of the act. "When we arrived at the scene, the sight
was extremely shocking," said MDA paramedic Mohammad Araki .
"We saw a 30-year-old woman, a baby and a toddler unconscious and with signs of violence. We performed medical tests and tried to save them, they were without signs of life and unfortunately, we had no choice but to determine the death of the three."
The mayor of Taiba, Shoa'a Masarwa, commented on the case in an interview on the "Seven Nine" program with Anat Davidov and Gideon Oko on 103FM.
"We received a report at 3:00 in the morning about the disaster that befell the family's home. This is a financially well-off family, known to the city as an exemplary family. This is a very unusual event," he said.
