Embrace from the battlefield: Ukrainian fighters on the front lines of the fighting against Russia outside the city of Bakhmut released a video in support of Israel. The fighters, soldiers of a reconnaissance battalion of the Ukrainian Intelligence Corps, expressed support for Israel's right to defend itself and chanted "Shema Yisrael."
"Dear people of Israel, at this difficult time, we want to support you. A small light can banish great darkness. On behalf of the patrol unit, we want to support you. As we said before, we wish you victory. We understand you perfectly. Like you, we now stand in defense of our country and just as you must now expel the enemy from your land, so must we," the fighters said in the video.
This is not the first support video released by Ukrainian fighters. The Ukrainian army released an official video on Sunday showing soldiers reading messages of support for Israel and calling on the countries of the world to stand by it.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also expressed support for Israel Hayom. Zelensky tweeted: "About Israel: I remember in the early days of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. That is why I urge leaders to criticize Israel and show their support for the Israeli people.
