Donate in a 'click' for children together with Dynamo Camp

(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 17 - Satispay rallies its community of nearly one million people to concretely support Dynamo Camp, which since 2007 has been offering free recreational therapy programs to children and young people aged 6 to 17, suffering from diseases serious or chronic, to their families and to healthy brothers and sisters. Starting today, thanks to Satispay's "Donations" service (designed to provide all people with the simplest possible tool to support the Third Sector), you can decide, by selecting an amount directly from the app, how much you donate to Dynamo Camp, which since its foundation has offered free Recreational Therapy programs to over 42,000 children and parents throughout Italy. Every year, in Italy, there are about 10,000 children who are diagnosed with serious or chronic diseases and who, during invasive or long-term therapies, risk losing the serenity and light-heartedness of childhood, also due to the lack of a normal socialization with peers. This condition often ends up involving the entire family unit, with repercussions on healthy parents, brothers and sisters. This is why Dynamo Camp strives to restore serenity and self-confidence to sick children and to improve the quality of life of their families, with long-term benefits. Since 2007, Dynamo Camp has hosted 8,799 children free of charge for Soli Camper programs, 8,164 children, children and parents in family programs and with Dynamo Programs it has reached 25,340 children in hospitals, pathology associations and family homes. It involved and trained 7,441 volunteers, to date, has 57 employees, 117 seasonal staff, 25 doctors, 30 nurses, for a total of 229 people employed.
