Mollie Fitzgerald , an actress known for a small role in the film "Captain America: The First Avenger," was arrested last Tuesday and charged with second-degree murder against her mother.
The Marvel star was arrested after authorities found the body of his mother, Patricia Fitzgerald , 68, dead in a house in Olathe, Kansas, on December 20. This was reported by the Olathe Police Department.
