(ANSA) - CATANZARO, JANUARY 2 - The Court of Liberty of Catanzaro has canceled the order of precautionary custody invoking the house arrests against the Calabrian secretary of the PSI and commissioner of the management company of the Sorical aqueducts, Luigi Incarnato, arrested in the maxi blitz of the Dda of Catanzaro "Rebirth Scott". Incarnate is accused of electoral corruption. According to the prosecution, on the occasion of the political elections of 2018, in which he was candidate in the list of the Democratic Party, Incarnate would have offered his collaboration in exchange for votes to Pietro Giamborino, former regional councilor of the Democratic Party believed to be linked to the gangs of the Vibonese, and Pino Cuomo.
