(ANSA) - ISLAMABAD, JAN 13 - Pakistani justice overturned the death sentence for ex-president Pervez Musharraf for absentia, after the Lahore High Court defined the special court that sentenced him for defeat on 17 December as unconstitutional. Musharraf came to power with a coup in 1999 and was the de facto president of Pakistandal from 2001 to 2008.
