(ANSA) - LOS ANGELES (USA), JAN 29 - Forensic experts officially identified the body of basketball player Kobe Bryant yesterday evening, among the nine recovered from debris of the helicopter that crashed three days ago on a hill near Los Angeles.
The former NBA star, 41, was identified by his fingerprints. Two men and a woman are also identified: they are John Altobelli, 56 years old - baseball coach who died in the accident with his wife Keri and their daughter Alyssa -, the helicopter pilot Ara Zobayan, 50 years old, and Sarah Chester, 45 years old. Prosecutors are still working to identify five remaining dead, including Kobe Bryant's daughter, Gianna, 13, who was in a helicopter with her father.
