Too sick for the doctor? Arrange a home visit for sick leave
First of all, employees should try to arrange a home visit in order to get sick leave and to protect themselves at the same time. However, many doctors are so busy that they can no longer afford it.

If necessary, inform the doctor and employer later

Sick in the first four weeks of employment
It is different if you have only just started your job. In the first four weeks of employment, the employer does not pay wages in the event of illness, but the health insurance company steps in with sick pay - and only on application. In this case, you should have a sick leave issued on the first day of your illness so that you do not risk losing your wages.
