(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 6 - Restrictive measures on judicial activities: this is the object of the decree that the CDM will launch this evening and which, in the context of the coronavirus emergency, intervenes on the courts. In the decree, which the government is finalizing, it is foreseen, among other measures, that the head of the judicial offices can suspend and postpone non-urgent hearings if hygiene-sanitary criticalities emerge.
