The number of victims is rising: During the night (Monday), three Corona patients died in various hospitals around the country, raising the death toll in Israel to 109 people.

At the Fourier Medical Center this morning, an 80-year-old Corona patient, a resident of the Yavneel nursing home, suffered multiple background illnesses. Two other patients, 96 and 81, who suffered from background illness, died during the night at Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv.

Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem passed away a 78-year-old patient who was anesthetized and breathed. The deceased's wife separated from him in the intensive care unit. The medical center said: "During the night, a 78-year-old patient died of multiple and complex background diseases and was breathing and falling asleep. Accompanied by his nursing staff, his wife separated him in the intensive care unit of the outbreak of illness, carefully screened. We share family grief."

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health announced last night that the number of Corona patients in Israel is 11,145 people. Eighteen of the patients are in serious condition, of which 131 are respirators. In addition, 155 of the patients are in moderate condition and 9,077 in mild condition. There are currently 1,029 Israelis and 7,241 home care patients in the recovery hotels. At the same time, 1,627 recovered from the disease.

According to data provided by the National Security Office, up to 18:50, 163,087 corona tests were performed in Israel, of which 4,941 were conducted yesterday. NSC data show a drastic increase in the number of hospitalized patients in the country, with 8,618 patients reported last Sunday.
