(ANSA) - TEHERAN, APRIL 18 - The number of deaths caused by the coronavirus in Iran has now exceeded the 5,000 threshold: the Ministry of Health has informed it, specifying that deaths in the country have reached 5,031, with an increase of 73 victims in the last 24 hours.
At the same time, 1,374 new cases were registered, bringing this balance to 80,868. People healed 55,987 while 3,513 patients are in critical conditions.
