A few weeks ago, Mothers Day was celebrated in England. Of course, via the Dukes of Cambridge's official Instagram account , Kate Middleton was recognized, and to fans' surprise, a cute, unreleased photograph was posted with her mom, Carole Middleton .
Now Kate and Prince William once again amazed their 11.6 million followers by sharing a fun photo shoot on the occasion of Prince Louis' second birthday .
The snapshots were taken by Middleton and, in addition to including a series of images in which the boy appears with his hands painted in the colors of the rainbow, they showed a preview of the artwork of Queen Elizabeth's seventh great-grandson .
In a second post , the dukes thanked them for the signs of affection towards their youngest son and shared new postcards that they named: "Instagram vs. Reality".
"Thank you for all your adorable messages on Prince Louis' second birthday!" Reads the post that already has over a million likes .
For his part, Prince Charles took the opportunity to share a moment never seen before with his grandson. The black and white image shared on Clarence House's social media shows Harry's father hugging Louis.
"A very happy birthday to Prince Louis, who is two years old today. The young prince enjoys a hug from his grandfather, the Prince of Wales," says the description of the emotional image.
