(ANSA) - NAPLES, APRIL 24 - The Sassari Surveillance Court has ordered the release of Pasquale Zagaria, the entrepreneur imprisoned in 41 bis linked to the Casalesi clan, brother of the superboss Michele Zagaria. The decision was made by the magistrates also because of the unavailability of the island's health facilities to ensure that the detainee continues the diagnostic and therapeutic process he needs due to a serious pathology.
