In the numerous complaints submitted to the prosecutors of the district of Corte d'appello of Brescia (which also includes the prosecutors of Cremona, Bergamo and Mantua) on the Covid emergency, "representatives of the Government and the Region" were also reported. The latter in reference to the resolutions of 8 March 2020 with which the RSA were asked to establish Covid-19 departments and to the failure to establish the 'red zone' in the municipalities of Alzano Lombardo and Nembro. To explain it was the pg of Brescia Guido Rispoli in a meeting with the press. The magistrate took stock of the investigations and their complexity, stressing that other complaints concern "management bodies" of hospitals and Rsa and "health and nursing staff at various levels".

There are also files in Model 21, therefore with suspects, in the various Prosecutors of the District of Court of Appeal of Brescia. Rispoli explained that the files are "heterogeneous" (there are also those against unknown, those relating to facts that do not constitute crime reports and those concerning anonymous complaints) and this depends on the "formulation of the 'news' form" received by the prosecutors: specific, exposed and generic complaints. Rispoli recalled that the registration in the register of suspects "does not in any way entail an assessment of the liability of the person registered, which takes place only at the end of the investigations". Files with suspects would not be in Brescia, but in other prosecutors in the district which includes the prosecutors in Cremona, Bergamo and Mantua.

Among the people who have filed complaints with the prosecutors of the district of Corte d'appello of Brescia for the consequences of the spread of the coronavirus - explained Rispoli - relatives of the deceased, people who became infected outside hospitals and who complain "the omission on delay or erroneous treatment ", then people who instead became infected in hospitals and in Rsa where they were for work (cleaning staff) or to find relatives and who complain" the failure to adopt the necessary adoption of the necessary preventive precautions ". This is also the case for doctors and nurses of the structures who claim to have contracted the infection "during the exercise due to their functions and due to the lack of preventive measures". Then there are the reports of the Inail "which brings the harmful event resulting from the infection from Codiv 19 to the category of accidents at work" and those of the Nas of the carabinieri who, in the past few days, carried out "an extensive inspection-type investigation against of a large number of RSAs present in the Brescia area ". Finally, there are those of some consumer associations.
