(ANSA) - MILAN, JUNE 08 - The Lombardy Regional Administrative Court has canceled the agreement between the Policlinico San Matteo di Pavia and the Diasorinsui serological tests. The appeal of the competing company TechnoGenetics, represented by the legal study Abiosi, was therefore accepted. The TAR also ordered the transmission of the documents to the Public Prosecutor of the Court of Auditors since, as stated in the sentence, "the San Matteo Foundation has committed public, material and immaterial resources, with illegitimate methods, subtracting them, in part here, from their unavailable destination".
